Wetlands are some of the most threatened ecosystems in the world, yet they are amongst the most important. Our most famous and biggest wetland is the iSimangaliso Wetland Park, but there are thousands of smaller, and equally valuable, wetlands across the country.
Urban Food Futures
Foodweb.city was developed over a 12 month period for the Urban Food Futures Programme. The programme aims to contribute to a transformation of existing urban food systems and provide concrete solutions for more liveable futures in urban and peri-urban habitats. Foodweb is the online platform designed to present the monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) for the urban food systems research, analysis, implementation, advocacy and activism from the project’s primary research sites.
WWF videos on Groundwater
Since the drought in the Western Cape, groundwater has become a debated topic, and an interest in boreholes, springs and aquifers has grown. World Wildlife Fund South Africa (WWF-SA) commissioned Mycelium Media Colab to produce two educational videos that explore our underground water in Cape Town.

WaterStories.co.za is a storytelling web portal that explores freshwater and ocean contamination around Cape Town. The website aims to support citizen choices for a clean environment; equip communities to recognise that any injury to water is an injury to all; that working for clean water is working for health for all.

reNature is a compilation magazine series that paints a picture of the regenerative, sustainable world that is possible if we bring a better understanding and respect for Nature and our relation to her, back into all aspects of human life.
